Sara’s Summer Tumbling Camp @ Great Lakes Chiropractic & Movement Center

This camp will cover: beginner level tumbling, floor work, balance, and safety for ages 4-12. Cost is $10 per child (max $20 per family). Cost includes all three days and runs 11:00am to 12:00pm.

Want to get moving again, but its been a while since the creaky sounds or aches and pains took over?

Join GLCMC at our twice weekly class for adults led by certified MovNat trainers, Brian Smith and Stacie Tracy. This low intensity, entry level class will guide you through basic human movement skills that are practical in navigating everyday life. Rediscover your lost mobility, improve balance and restore your natural movement ability.

Class is every Tuesday and Thursday from September 25 through October 25. For questions, call 810-234-5431. Limited spots available. The cost is $99. To register, click on the Tickets button, and select MovNat for the service type.
