This event is designed to introduce participants to both the outdoors and the Uncivilized Vitality program in a fun and comfortable manner. Led by Dr. Jon D. Morey, participants will explore the basics of Fieldcraft including shelter making, fire building, primitive food preparation, and many others. Through these experiences one will begin to develop the Lost Abilities: capability, adaptability, and durability. These abilities are the cornerstone of Uncivilized Vitality and enable one to more fully benefit from the Health & Happiness Optimization lifestyle. We will arrive at camp Friday evening and depart Sunday morning. More information including a packing list will be provided closer to the event once registration is complete. Cost includes 3 meals, all group gear, and instruction.

If you are unable to attend in person you may join in via zoom. Link available upon request.
What an adventure! Concerned about spending the night outside in the snow? Don’t be! This is considered a Level 2: Bedroll camp, meaning we will teach you how to pack lighter and smarter while keeping you warm and happy. You will spend the first night in a tarp shelter of your own construction. You will then have the option to build and sleep in a natural shelter the second night (ie quinzee, debris hut…etc).
